1. HOW WAS SYDNEY PAIGE Inc. STARTED?

SYDNEY PAIGE Inc. was founded in 2013 by Courtney Brockmeyer, who left the comfort of a Fortune 100 Company to start her own business.  Her focus is on helping those less fortunate to break out of their cycle of poverty through the power of education.  With her passion for equal education opportunities for all youth, Courtney launched SYDNEY PAIGE Inc., a for-profit business that will sustainably give to students in need while empowering those more fortunate to make a meaningful difference . . . one child at a time.

2. WHERE DID THE NAME SYDNEY PAIGE COME FROM?

Courtney's daughters are Sydney and Paige (6 and 7 years old when SYDNEY PAIGE Inc. was founded) and ultimately, why she chose to leave the corporate life and build her own business.  She wanted to do something that would make her girls proud, teach them the importance of education and giving back and most importantly, have a more flexible work schedule to be able to spend more time with her girls.

  

3. WHERE WILL MY MATCHING PRODUCT DONATION GO?

Your donation will go to an student in need, living in the United States.  We work with our fantastic non-profit partners to fill backpacks with age-appropriate school supplies to ensure we give students a complete package of confidence and tools that they need to learn and thrive in school.  Read about our GIVING CREW under the GET TO KNOW US section of our website.

  

4. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You have the option of paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or through your Paypal account.  SYDNEYPAIGEINC.com accepts one payment type per order.  

   

5. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Currently, we ship FedEx or USPS for a shipping & handling rate based on ship to location.  As the business grows, we will be able to decrease that rate and pass the savings onto you.  

   

6. WHAT IS SYDNEY PAIGE'S RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on unused SYDNEY PAIGE products within 30 days of purchase.  You can exchange your item for another SYDNEY PAIGE product or opt for a SYDNEY PAIGE gift card to redeem at a future date.

  

7. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?

Please allow 2 business days for processing on all orders. FedEx Ground takes 3-5 business days and USPS or FedEx SmartPost takes 2-7 business days. If you are having your item personalized, please allow an additional 5 days as we have this done offsite.

  

8. WHERE ARE SYDNEY PAIGE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Our products are currently manufactured in the U.S. and China.

  

9. I LOVE WHAT YOU'RE DOING.  HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
